This form is for individuals interested in being considered for appointment to the NDFU Foundation Board of Directors. Applications will be accepted through October 16, 2026.

Why do you want to serve and believe you should be appointed to the NDFU Foundation Board of Directors?(Required)

In addition to your response to why you want to serve, applicants/nominees will be evaluated and considered for appointment based on the following criteria: • Commitment to the NDFU mission (max 10 points) • NDFU youth program experience (max 5 points) • NDFU leadership experience (max 5 points) • Co-op leadership experience (max 5 points) • Local, regional, state, federal, tribal leadership experience (max 5 points). Additional consideration will be given to the overall composition of the NDFU Foundation Board, including geographic, gender and generational diversity and a range of experience and expertise relevant to the NDFU Foundation's mission, purpose and strategic goals.
