Pam oversees NDFU communications and marketing to meet organizational objectives, including advertising, promotional material and press releases. She contributes to the Union Farmer, social media and co-manages the website.

Pam lives in Jamestown with her husband Roy. They have three adult children and a son-in-law, who are much adored.
