Amanda works directly with Farmers Union members, elected officers, insurance agents and affiliated cooperatives. She specializes in organizational development through cooperation, legislation and education, with an emphasis on member recruitment, engagement and support. She has a concentration in county board training and cooperative activities.

Amanda and her husband Kellen operate a family farm near Anamoose. They grow small grains, pulse crops and oil seeds. Amanda enjoyed going to NDFU camp as a child and has been employed since with the organization since 2012.
