What Information We Collect
Generally, visitors to our Site can visit without providing or revealing any personal or personally identifiable information. If you provide your telephone numbers to us online you may receive periodic telephone calls from us with information, alerts, events, promotions, and offers from NDFU, as well as customer service calls. Text Message Service
NDFU offers a text message service. Data obtained from you in connection with the Service, including but not limited to your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, the date, time, and content of your messages, and other information you provide to us in connection with the Service will be treated in accordance with this Policy. Opting-Out of Sharing of Your Information
You may opt-out of future unaffiliated third-party disclosures of your information. Opting-out will not affect disclosures otherwise permitted by law including but not limited to: (i) disclosures to affiliates, (ii) disclosures to third-party service providers who provide certain services for our business, such as credit card processing, computer system services, mailing/shipping, or data management, (iii) disclosures to third parties as necessary to fulfill your requests or registrations, (iv) disclosures to governmental agencies or law enforcement departments or otherwise required to be made under applicable law, or (v) previously completed disclosures to third parties.
